Barack Obama is Not Against South Korea Uncompromising

    Support of U.S. President Barack Obama against South Korea was not deterred. Obama delivered the statement at a meeting of security officials, defense and intelligence related to the North Korean crisis.

    Obama to attend important meetings in the White House, after returning from a trip to Indiana, and previously had been briefed about the conflict between South Korea and the Koru, due to Pyongyang's artillery attack on a South Korean island, according to several officials. "The president said the U.S. unwavering support of our ally, the Republic of Korea, and has discussed ways to promote peace and security on the Korean peninsula fore." According to one statement in the White House.

    Obama is scheduled to get in touch with South Korean President Lee Myung-Bak to discuss the crisis. The meeting involves the National Security Adviser Tom Donilon, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Defense Secretary Robert Gates, their representatives and foreign policy officials for Asia. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Admiral Michael Mullen, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and his deputy, Gen. James Cattwright, also participated in the meeting. U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice, participated in the talks via video.
